Please double-check spellings and details when ordering personalised items, as we cannot accept returns for errors provided by the customer.
2. Processing & Shipping Times

All items are made to order and dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail) is £3.90.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (UK only).

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once your parcel has been shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jaylanyusuf@hotmail.com, including photos of the fault.
4. Cancellations
We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this point, your order may have already begun production and cannot be cancelled.
