Refund & Exchange Policy
Because each of our embroidered items is made to order and personalised just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or custom pieces unless there is a fault with the item.
We kindly ask that you double-check all details — including names, initials, colours, and sizes — before placing your order. Once an order has been embroidered, we’re unable to make any changes.
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there’s been a mistake on our part, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing jaylanyusuf@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing on personalised products.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty.

We recommend using tracked delivery for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
